À propos de l’opportunité Notre client recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de projet bilingue pour superviser l’exécution d’un important contrat client dans le secteur de la mobilité électrique, des infrastructures et des technologies. La personne sera le principal point de contact client, assurant le respect des engagements contractuels tout en collaborant avec les équipes d’ingénierie, finances, chaîne d’approvisionnement et opérations. Cette opportunité convient à un(e) professionnel(le) axé(e) sur les clients, la coordination des livrables et la gestion des attentes tout au long du cycle de vie d’un projet.

Responsabilités principales Agir comme principal point de contact entre l’organisation et les clients externes. Assurer l’exécution des engagements contractuels, échéanciers et livrables. Coordonner les communications clients, suivis de projets et étapes clés. Surveiller l’avancement des projets et identifier les risques ou enjeux. Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie, finances, chaîne d’approvisionnement et opérations. Diriger les rencontres clients, préparer les suivis et gérer les actions à réaliser. Maintenir de solides relations clients et soutenir la documentation des projets.

Qualifications Minimum de 3 années d’expérience en gestion de projets ou rôle connexe. Expérience en gestion de projets clients liés au matériel, équipements, infrastructures, fabrication ou secteurs similaires. Expérience avec des parties prenantes externes et suivi d’obligations contractuelles. Expérience dans les secteurs électrique, énergie, transport, fabrication ou infrastructures (atout). Expérience ERP (SAP un atout). Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et résolution de problèmes.

Exigences linguistiques Français : Maîtrise professionnelle requise afin de communiquer avec les clients et parties prenantes francophones, diriger des rencontres et assurer le suivi des projets. Anglais : Niveau professionnel requis pour collaborer avec les équipes internes et partenaires à travers le Canada.

Environnement et rémunération Poste hybride avec télétravail et environ 1 journée/semaine au bureau. Interactions clients principalement virtuelles via Microsoft Teams. Formation et soutien continus fournis. Contrat avec possibilité de prolongation. Rémunération équivalente aux postes permanents comparables : 80 000 $ à 110 000 $ annuellement (38,46 $/h à 52,88 $/h) selon l’expérience.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring contractual commitments are delivered while collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. This opportunity is ideal for a client-focused project professional who enjoys coordinating deliverables and managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and external customers. Manage contractual commitments, project timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate customer communications, project updates, and key milestones. Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. Lead customer meetings, manage follow-ups, and track action items. Maintain strong customer relationships and support project documentation.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or a related role. Experience managing customer-facing projects involving hardware, equipment, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar industries. Experience working with external stakeholders and contractual deliverables. Experience in electrical, energy, transportation, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is an asset. ERP experience preferred (SAP is an asset). Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements French: Professional fluency required to communicate with French-speaking customers and stakeholders, lead meetings, and support project execution. English: Professional working proficiency required to collaborate with internal teams and partners across Canada.

Work Environment & Compensation Hybrid position with remote flexibility and approximately 1 day/week in office. Customer interactions primarily conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams. Training and ongoing support provided. Contract opportunity with possibility of extension. Comparable permanent roles in this market are generally compensated between $80,000–$110,000 annually ($38.46/hour–$52.88/hour) depending on experience.
