We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced team supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, planning, and reporting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career supply chain professional looking to build hands-on experience within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage open orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal stakeholders. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports. Support inventory planning and replenishment activities. Assist with order reviews, order cancellations, and allocation management. Prepare fill rate, planning, productivity, and availability reports. Conduct data analysis and maintain reporting accuracy across multiple systems. Support safety stock reviews and inventory optimization initiatives. Assist with demand planning activities and forecasting support. Maintain routing logs and ensure supply chain data integrity. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, and Operations teams to support business objectives. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support as required.

Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems, Tableau, Anaplan, or other reporting tools is considered an asset. Previous supply chain, logistics, inventory, customer service, or operations experience is preferred but not required.
