Role: Microsoft 365 Consultant (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $20 - $30/hour

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 services to enhance productivity and collaboration for a distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, permissions, and service integrations. • Implement security policies and compliance measures across Microsoft 365 environments. • Provide technical guidance to end-users on best practices for Microsoft 365 tools. • Conduct regular audits of Microsoft 365 usage and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automating Microsoft 365 administrative tasks. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security features such as Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication. • Understanding of identity and access management in Microsoft 365 environments. • Ability to diagnose and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
