About the role
Temporary position for 12 months. As an Agency Resources Advisor, within the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN), you play a key role in supporting agent office operations, you do this by supporting the team responsible for onboarding Agents and Team Members (ATM). In this capacity, you help ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience by assisting with and monitoring the high volume of IT tickets generated throughout the onboarding process. You act as a critical support partner helping to drive business performance, enhancing service delivery, and leading strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and IT-enabled solutions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound understanding of the DAN, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to design and implement impactful, data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives and digital transformation priorities. You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME), supporting both leadership and frontline teams while supporting projects, optimizing systems and processes, and driving continuous improvement through the effective use of technology, data insights, and IT frameworks. Your strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills will be essential in building and maintaining effective relationships. You will manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives, using your influencing skills to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes. Through collaboration, you will coach, support, and guide team members, contributing to a high-performing team environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. More specifically, you will be required to: Monitor business plans, performance metrics, and key outcomes to assess progress and identify opportunities to improve service delivery Support execution of business objectives and action plans through data-driven insights Diagnose complex issues, system errors, and operational challenges using detailed analysis of data, trends, and risks Develop actionable recommendations to optimize processes and enhance business performance Support cross-functional initiatives by developing and presenting action plans to stakeholders. A minimum of three years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Experience in in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & SharePoint Intermediate knowledge of business operations and performance metrics Intermediate knowledge of IT service management, SAP and workflows Intermediate knowledge of the DAN operations Action oriented, Collaborates, Communicates effectively, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning Trade Union (If applicable) At Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
