Position HighlightsWe’re seeking a Corporate Customer Support Representative to join our team in North Vancouver for a 6-month temporary assignment. As part of the Finance team, this role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with our vehicle and customer database systems. Responsibilities
Researching information within relevant databases and resolving errors or system issues Providing technical support to internal teams Identifying and addressing customer data inconsistencies in online systems Reviewing reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders Entering and maintaining data within computer systems and databases.
Position Requirements
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of organizational structures, including how to access Corporate Registry records High level of keyboarding accuracy and speed for efficiently completing repetitive tasks Ability to work independently with precision on clearly defined tasks while following established procedures.

Work arrangements defined:
Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
