JOB Description: Seeking an experienced and passionate Agile Lead to drive Agile delivery excellence across cross-functional teams and key business initiatives. The Agile Lead will be responsible for enabling Agile ways of working, coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and partnering with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and business stakeholders to maximize business value delivery. Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery Leadership Lead Agile delivery across one or more product teams or programs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment planning activities. Ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality business value aligned with organizational goals. Monitor team health, delivery performance, and Agile maturity. Team Coaching & Enablement Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and continuous improvement practices. Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and value-driven planning. Enable self-organizing, accountable, and high-performing teams. Mentor Scrum Masters and team members on Agile best practices. Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders, product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives. Facilitate communication and transparency across teams and leadership. Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting delivery. Support release planning and roadmap execution. Ensure compliance with organizational, quality, and regulatory requirements where applicable. Maintain visibility into team progress, risks, and delivery commitments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, product development, or related areas. 3+ years of experience in an Agile Lead, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across distributed teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams. Experience using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries. Agile certifications such as: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
