About the role

This position has a term length of 2 years from the date of hire.

Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

Join the University of Alberta's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and play a key role in advancing strategic transformation across one of Canada's leading research-intensive universities. As the Project Coordinator, Process & Project Delivery, you'll contribute to initiatives that improve how the university delivers services, modernizes operations, and enhances the experience of students, faculty, and staff.

This unique role offers the opportunity to split your time between supporting the University's People & Process Enablement Program and coordinating major enterprise projects. You'll help guide improvement opportunities from initial intake and validation through prioritization and implementation while partnering with experienced Project Managers to deliver complex strategic initiatives. From coordinating project activities and governance meetings to supporting process enablement, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project delivery, you'll work across a diverse portfolio that drives meaningful organizational change.
