Job Title: Collection Agent / Customer Service Representative IV Location: Gatineau, QC (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Contract - Possible Extension Pay Rate: CAD $27-29/hr on T4 Bilingual - French/English

Responsibilities Contact customers regarding outstanding account balances. Negotiate payment arrangements while providing professional customer service. Respond to customer inquiries. Monitor customer accounts for outstanding commitments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records. Work closely with colleagues on matters related to non-payment, fraud, accounts transferred to collection agencies, and other collections activities. Apply collection policies, procedures, and best practices. Perform other related credit and collections duties. Required Qualifications Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Solution-oriented and resourceful. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Team player with professional work ethic. Proficient with Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable collections experience is considered an asset. Knowledge of collection rules, access to information legislation, and privacy regulations is considered an asset. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Hybrid Schedule: Onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Remote: Wednesday, Friday
