The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Precisely SmartCOMM (CCM), strong Java development skills, and experience designing and implementing enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.

Preferred Skills ReactJS Spring Boot Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Agile/Scrum experience

Responsibilities Design and architect enterprise SmartCOMM solutions. Develop and customize SmartCOMM templates, workflows, and document generation processes. Integrate SmartCOMM with Java-based enterprise applications. Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CCM solutions.

Basic Qualifications 7+ years of IT experience. Strong expertise in SmartCOMM/Precisely SmartCOMM. Proven experience in solution architecture or technical leadership. Strong Java programming skills. ReactJS experience is a plus.
