Our camps are located in remote areas and staff live on-site on scheduled shifts and leave camp on scheduled breaks. Most of our LandSea camps offer individual staff accommodation, ensuite or shared bathroom, full meals, WIFI and some have health/gym facilities for staff. Camp staff work long hours and multiple days in a row. A typical workday is between 10-12 hours (day or night shift) and overtime rates apply. Health and Safety and a Respectful Workplace are essential for everyone working together at LandSea. Our camps are drug and alcohol-free workplaces and require pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Our camp located in Lytton, BC is looking to fill several short-term roles starting ASAP:
Housekeeper 2nd Cook 3rd Cook/GH
Wages starting between $18.47 to 20.52 depending on the position Overtime pay Schedule: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on operational needs Term: short-term for approx one month after start-date Travel Subsidy may be available for inbound and outbound travel Meals and accommodation while working on site Partial uniform is provided Company and team building events Opportunities for more permenant positions based on performance and additional hiring needs. Our team organizes all logistics and travel for employees to get to and from camp.
Job Qualifications
Some experience working in remote workforce camps is preferred Great communication. Speak, read and write English Team player that can provide support, motivation, and encouragement to others Excellent attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently and in a team environment Always maintain a professional appearance Work safely and responsibly Ability to follow directions, be diligent, focused, and consistent. Comfort with kitchen equipment and knife skills are required for all kitchen positions Foodsafe is reuqired for all kitchen positions

LandSea and site-specific Orientation and Health and Safety Drug and Alcohol Clearance Criminal Record Check Clearance Health Questionnaire Valid Government Issued ID for travel if required
