Statut : Remplacement d’un an, à temps plein Résumé du poste: Personne qui assume la responsabilité d’un ensemble de soins infirmiers en fonction des besoins bio-psycho-sociaux des usagers ou de groupes de personnes qui lui sont confiés. Elle évalue l’état de santé, détermine et assure la réalisation du plan thérapeutique infirmier, du plan de soins et des traitements infirmiers des usagers présentant des problèmes de santé complexes ou des dimensions bio-psycho-sociales variées. Elle initie et prodigue les soins et traitements infirmiers et médicaux dans le but de maintenir la santé, de la rétablir et de prévenir la maladie. Elle peut prescrire des analyses de laboratoire, des traitements, des produits, des médicaments et des pansements dans les domaines des soins des plaies, de la santé publique et des soins courants, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur. Principales responsabilités : Concevoir, appliquer et évaluer des programmes de soins nécessitant des connaissances avancées, visant des problèmes de santé complexes ou comportant des dimensions bio-psycho-sociales variées. Participer à l’élaboration ou à l’adaptation d’outils cliniques ainsi qu’à l’évaluation de la qualité des soins. Coordonner le travail de l’équipe et agir à titre de personne-ressource auprès de l’équipe soignante et de l’équipe interdisciplinaire. Identifier les besoins des usagers nécessitant une coordination des services au sein de l’établissement ainsi qu’entre différents établissements ou organismes communautaires, et en assurer la coordination lorsque requis. Participer à l’accueil et à l’orientation du nouveau personnel ainsi qu’à la formation des stagiaires. Superviser l’enseignement offert aux usagers, à leurs proches et à divers groupes dans le cadre de programmes spécifiques. Collaborer aux activités de recherche. Qualifications requises : Détenir un baccalauréat en sciences infirmières ou un baccalauréat comportant trois (3) certificats admissibles, dont au moins deux (2) certificats reconnus en soins infirmiers. Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités. Autonomie, initiative et ponctualité. --- Status: One-year replacement position, full-time Job Summary : A person who assumes responsibility for a set of nursing care based on the bio-psycho-social needs of users or groups of people entrusted to them. They assess the state of health, determine and ensure the implementation of the nursing therapeutic plan, the care plan, and the nursing treatments of users presenting complex health problems or varied bio-psycho-social dimensions. They initiate and provide nursing and medical care and treatments with the aim of maintaining health, restoring it, and preventing illness. They can prescribe laboratory tests, treatments, products, medications, and dressings in the areas of wound care, public health, and routine care according to current regulations. Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and evaluate care programs requiring advanced knowledge and expertise, addressing complex health issues or diverse bio-psycho-social needs. Participate in the development or adaptation of clinical tools and quality-of-care assessment processes. Coordinate team activities and serve as a resource person for the nursing and interdisciplinary care teams. Identify patient needs requiring coordination of services within the organization and among external healthcare facilities or community organizations, and ensure such coordination when required. Participate in the orientation of new staff and the training of students and interns. Supervise educational activities provided to patients, their families, and groups within specific programs. Collaborate in research initiatives and activities. Required Qualifications : Must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing sciences or a bachelor's degree with three (3) eligible certificates, of which at least two (2) certificates recognized in nursing care. Current membership in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ). Proficiency in spoken and written English and French. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain punctuality.
