Role: Backend Java Developer Location: Montreal, QC, Canada-Onsite Duration: Long-term contract
Interview Process: In-person interview is mandatory Required Skills: Years of hands-on Backend Java development experience Strong Core Java (Java 11+) Spring Boot & Microservices REST APIs SQL (Sybase, PostgreSQL, or similar) and/or MongoDB Git, Jenkins, CI/CD Agile/Scrum experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills: Financial services or banking domain experience React exposure (nice to have) Enterprise security/authentication Performance tuning and observability tools
