Lead delivery of AI/ML applications across airline operations (e.g. revenue management, network planning, maintenance), turning business priorities into deployed solutions with measurable revenue/efficiency impact, while partnering directly with executives. Key Responsibilities • Drive AI-based initiatives. • Deploy ML forecasting for capacity planning and route profitability. • Lead AI-based maintenance scheduling tools (short & long-term horizons) to reduce downtime and boost aircraft availability. • Work with execs to define success metrics, prioritize use cases, and scale AI adoption org-wide. Required Skills • 8–12+ years tech delivery; 4+ years leading AI/ML delivery in enterprise settings. • Airline/aviation domain experience (RM, network ops, or MRO) strongly preferred. • Track record delivering pricing optimization, forecasting, or scheduling/optimization tools. • Strong executive stakeholder management and AI value-narrative skills. • Fluency in ML concepts (forecasting, optimization, dynamic pricing) to work effectively with data science teams.
