What We're Looking For A minimum of 5 years' professional experience Experience in Learning & Development, Education, Leadership, Human Resources, Coaching, Mentoring, Consulting, Talent Development, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills A professional, self-directed, and accountable approach to work Confidence working independently in a remote environment A genuine interest in personal growth and lifelong learning Openness to ongoing training and professional development The ability to build rapport and establish meaningful professional relationships
