Recoil Creative Group Full-Time | 1-Year Contract

Recoil Creative Group is an award-winning video production company producing nationally broadcast television, commercial campaigns, branded content, and digital media. We are looking for an organized, creative, and driven Production Manager to join our team for a one-year contract. This is more than a production management role. It is an opportunity to be at the center of exciting productions, collaborate with an experienced creative team, and help shape projects from concept to final delivery.

Every day is different. One day you may be planning a remote television shoot. The next you could be coordinating crews, developing commercial concepts, reviewing edits, or working alongside our marketing and sales teams on a new campaign.

What You'll Do As Production Manager, you will oversee productions from pre-production through final delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Production Planning & Coordination Manage production schedules, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects. Coordinate field productions, studio shoots, and commercial productions. Book travel, accommodations, equipment, and filming locations. Coordinate permits, approvals, and production logistics. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or production challenges. Build efficient production workflows and systems. Crew Management Recruit, hire, and schedule freelance crew members and contractors. Coordinate production calendars and crew availability. Manage onboarding, contracts, invoices, and production documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for production teams throughout each project. Creative Development Write scripts and assist in developing creative concepts for television, commercial, and branded content. Support productions in both studio and field environments. Review edits and provide constructive creative feedback. Ensure productions maintain a high level of quality and align with brand standards. Marketing & Digital Content Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on sponsored and branded productions. Help develop production strategies that support audience growth and client objectives. Identify opportunities to repurpose content across multiple digital platforms. Support content planning with social media and digital performance in mind. Visual Branding Coordinate graphics, thumbnails, and branded assets. Work closely with editors and designers to maintain visual consistency. Assist with motion graphics and animation projects when required. Operations & Logistics Coordinate travel, accommodations, equipment, and production resources. Track production budgets and expenses. Manage production documents, databases, and project records. Improve internal systems and workflows to increase efficiency. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and excited to wear multiple hats. You do not need to be an expert in every area. Candidates with experience in two or three of the following areas are encouraged to apply. Production Management Television or Film Production Commercial Production Videography Script Writing Post-Production Graphic Design Digital Marketing Social Media Project Management Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and production logistics. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Google Workspace. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop is considered a strong asset. Familiarity with AI tools that improve production and creative workflows. Understanding of camera, lighting, audio, and post-production workflows. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed. Why Join Recoil Creative Group?
