About the role

Our consulting client is looking for a Media Strategy Lead to join their team. This will be 6+ months to FTE, 40 hours per week and remote!

This Media Lead will oversee all media planning, buying, and trafficking across channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep digital media expertise and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Lead agency partnership to drive performance and optimization. Manage digital campaigns, including DCO, across multiple channels. Communicate media plans to client services, project managers, and producers. Align media with creative briefs and collaborate with internal partners. Establish media best practices and uphold industry standards. Create leadership‑ready documentation such as presentations and SOPs. Support cross‑functional teams in both remote and in‑office environments.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field. 10+ years in digital media planning and placement. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. Knowledge of digital ad formats (display, video, mobile). Proficiency in major social platforms used for business. Experience with Workfront, Flashtalking, Smartsheets, and email tagging. Familiarity with content production workflows and basic digital design. Experience with ad servers (Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, Innovid).
