SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in Windows 10/11 Administration, desktop engineering, and end-user computing support Strong hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM, including Operating System Deployment (OSD), image management, software deployment, and inventory management Experience managing iOS, Android, and Windows devices in a large enterprise/global environment Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, incident management, ITSM processes, and ITIL best practices Experience in vulnerability management, remote support, antivirus management, and endpoint engineering services Strong troubleshooting, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a 24x7 support environment
