The engagement involves driving the design, implementation, and evolution of DevSecOps automation capabilities, enabling modern developer workflows and scalable infrastructure solutions. Services to be Provid edDesign and develop internal developer platform solutions, enabling self-service workflows across GitHub SaaS, Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and cloud platform s.Build and integrate capabilities using developer portal frameworks, including software catalogs, templates, golden paths, documentation, and onboarding workflow s.Develop and implement IaC self-service workflows using tools such as Terraform, Spacelift, Ansible, or simila r.Integrate platform capabilities with enterprise engineering tools including GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Azure, ServiceNow, and observability platform s.Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to define and deliver reusable automation patterns, pipelines, and platform service s.Establish governance frameworks for automation, including access controls, approval workflows, policy-as-code, auditability, and secure secrets managemen t.Support the transformation of manual processes into automated, API-driven, self-service solution s.Administer and enhance automation tooling to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of platform service

Expertise Requi red7+ years of experience designing, developing, and administering enterprise technology solutio ns.5+ years of hands-on DevOps and automation experien ce.Strong scripting experience (YAML, Python, PowerShel l).Experience designing and implementing automation using Ansible Tower/AWX or similar too ls.Deep technical knowledge of cloud and virtualization platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, VMware, Red Hat OpenStac k).Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practic es.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernete s).Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development practic es.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environmen ts.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related fie
