We are currently looking to welcome a new Physiotherapist to join our growing clinic team in Calgary.

Our clinic already has an established and steadily growing clientele, providing an excellent opportunity for a motivated therapist to build a busy schedule quickly. We offer a supportive and professional work environment with strong front desk and administrative support.

Compensation offered is either a 60/40 split or up to a 70/30 split, depending on experience, qualifications, and ability to retain clientele.

• Assess patients? physical conditions and develop tailored treatment programs to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery exercises, and health maintenance strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and participate in ongoing professional development

Skills

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse patient populations
• Ability to assess complex cases quickly and develop effective treatment strategies
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Job Types: Part-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $72.00-$84.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
