About the Opportunity Horizones Consulting has a CSR online arm, the Global Institute for Technology Competitiveness (GITCOMP), a global initiative focused on reducing the digital and technological gap while promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration. Students interested in completing their Social Service or Professional Internship (unpaid) remotely while gaining professional experience in economic analysis, data intelligence, strategic research, and technology-driven projects are invited to join our international team. Main Responsibilities
As an Economic & Actuarial Analysis Intern, you will support strategic projects related to:
- Economic and market research
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Statistical modeling and forecasting
- Business intelligence reporting
- Development of KPIs and performance metrics
- Trend analysis in technology, innovation, and digital transformation
- Preparation of reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Support in strategic decision-making processes through quantitative analysis
Requirements
- Active student pursuing a degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
- Interest in technology, innovation, business strategy, and digital transformation
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, or similar tools (desirable but not mandatory)
- Availability Monday through Friday (flexible schedule)
- Access to a computer and stable internet connection
- English proficiency is a plus
- Previous professional experience is not required
