About This Location:
Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station. This role is a in-office position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM.

About This Role
Under the direction of the Manager, Funeral Administration, the Funeral Service Administrator - Data Entry will be required to provide contract and enrollment form data entry and monitoring functions for pre-need contracts, enter client payment information and provide administrative support to Arbor Funeral Homes and the Funeral Service Centre of Excellence.
We are looking to fill this position with a qualified, action-oriented and self-motivated individual who is capable of prioritizing and handling multiple demands simultaneously. The position is an in-office role.
Key Qualifications And Demonstrated Abilities
Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent with 2-3 years of data entry experience Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and consistently high level of accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate computer skills; MS Office suite Exemplifies Arbor’s values of compassion, integrity, trust, belonging, teamwork and excellence
Responsibilities
Reviews Funeral agreements and enrollment forms to ensure validity and compliance with legislation and company policies. Ensures validity of authorized signatures, that contract and enrollment documents are duly completed and submitted and that product selection and payment schedules are accurate. Follows up with stakeholders if information is missing or invalid. Data entry processing of Ontario and New Brunswick Trust and manual TruStage pre-need funeral contracts. Data entry processing of TruStage enrollment forms for all provinces. Accurately enters client payment information. Ensures compliance with anti-fraud and company policies. Maintains PCI compliance. Responds and resolves funeral home queries relating to contract processing. Performs weekly TruStage enrollment audits. Provides administrative support to the Funeral Service Centre of Excellence. Maintains the TruStage portal access user list and completes new user requests. Approves the restricted item Grand & Toy orders on behalf of Funeral Service. Distributes department mail inbound and outbound. Completes special duties or other projects as required.
