About The Role
We are currently seeking an Inclusivity Counselor to provide one-on-one support to a wonderful 6-year-old camper on the autism spectrum attending our Laval location.

Provide one-on-one support throughout the camp day. Encourage participation in camp activities while adapting your approach to the camper’s individual needs. Foster positive social interactions with peers. Support routines and transitions using patience and consistency. Work collaboratively with the Location Manager and camp team to ensure a successful and inclusive experience. Communicate observations and relevant information to the camp leadership team as needed.

Enjoys working with children and creating positive, supportive relationships. Is able to adapt to different situations while maintaining a reassuring presence. Has previous experience in education, childcare, recreation, psychology, special education, behavioural intervention, social work, or a related field (an asset).
What We Offer

If you’re passionate about helping children succeed and believe every camper deserves an amazing summer, we’d love to hear from you!
