Quality Assurance Manager (12 month CONTRACT)
Our client, a leading company in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance its Quality Management System (QMS) in an onsite daily role. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, managing supplier quality programs, and supporting new product launches.

Location: Stayner, ON
Key Responsibilities: Lead internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and supplier assessments. Manage vendor qualification programs, supplier performance reviews, and Quality Agreements. Oversee QMS activities including document control, change management, training, and SOP maintenance. Lead complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and regulatory reporting. Drive CAPA and SCAR programs, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions. Act as the Quality Lead for new product development and commercialization projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Regulatory, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure quality requirements are met. Qualifications: 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food & beverage, medical devices, or similar. Strong expertise in audits, QMS management, complaint handling, CAPA programs, and supplier quality. Experience authoring and managing Quality Agreements and vendor qualification programs. Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, investigation, and reporting skills. Proficiency with QMS and electronic document management systems. Post-secondary education in a scientific, technical, or related discipline preferred.
