Role: Commercial Real Estate Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $40 - $65/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties and managing tenant relationships. The position requires a strong understanding of real estate operations and leasing processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial properties to maximize occupancy and revenue. • Negotiate and execute lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with legal and financial terms. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for property acquisition or disposition. • Oversee property maintenance, vendor contracts, and tenant service requests. • Prepare financial reports, track key performance indicators, and present findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management or a related field. • Proficiency in lease administration, property management software, and financial modeling. • Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies to enhance property performance. • Knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements.
