Position Summary We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and is proactive with high energy. If you are organized, creative, and ready to get your hands dirty with real-world customer-focused projects, we want you! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our customer-focused initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support growth initiatives, engage prospective and existing customers, and help execute impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement • Support outbound outreach efforts via email, phone, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) • Assist in identifying and researching potential customer segments and leads • Help qualify prospects and schedule introductory conversations for the sales team • Track outreach performance and maintain accurate customer records • Master Customer Data clean up and maintenance • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve response rates
Marketing Campaign Support • Create and monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategy • Support event marketing, webinars, or product launches as needed
Social Media Campaign Management • Help plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) • Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, conversions) • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner • Identify trends and propose new ideas to grow audience engagement
Qualifications & Skills • Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Interest in marketing, customer engagement, and digital marketing • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) • Basic understanding of marketing analytics • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) • Exposure to email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot) • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) or related experience • Website or ecommerce platform maintenance skills (various platforms) • Comfort analyzing data and using insights to improve performance
Compensation • Salary: Annual base salary range is $80-$110K, depending on experience • Bonus based on achieving targets relating to the role
