Description du poste:
En tant que Représentant(e) des ventes chez Classy Moose, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien et l'expansion de notre base de clients. Vos responsabilités incluront le développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, la conversion de prospects en clients satisfaits et la gestion des comptes clients existants. Vous collaborerez également avec l'équipe du service à la clientèle, en garantissant un processus de vente fluide.

Classy Moose specializes in the manufacturing of custom printed ribbons and related products. We provide high quality service and products to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Classy Moose, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our customer base. Your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, converting prospects into satisfied customers and managing existing customer accounts. You will also collaborate with the customer service team, ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and seek new customer accounts through prospecting and representation.
Rekindle and maintain relationships with inactive customer accounts.
Assist customers with product inquiries, quotes and submissions.
Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve company objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
Provide excellent customer service and follow customer needs.
Requirements:
• Sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or prospecting role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Rigor, good organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with order entry and CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Occasional travel, customer meetings, trade fairs and professional exhibitions. (Can+USA)
